Training & Enablement
Most mid-market engineering organizations already pay for AI coding tools. Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code; the seats are provisioned, the spend is already approved. But velocity hasn't moved the way the purchase implied it would. That gap is rarely the tool. It's usage: developers running an agent like autocomplete, no shared review process for agent-written diffs, no team-wide agreement on what to hand off and what to keep in a person's hands.
We train engineering organizations of roughly 10 to 500 developers where that gap has become visible enough that someone with budget authority is asking about it.
The workshops
Workshops are available remotely or in person, with flexible class sizes. Curriculum can be customized to your organization.
- 001 — The Basics. For non-technical users and leadership. What is AI. What are LLMs. What are you paying for? An informal, entertaining presentation providing an overview of what its all about.
- 101 — Foundations. A paid half-day session for teams that already use an AI coding tool day to day but haven't agreed on what to delegate to it. We cover where agentic workflows change code review, testing, and task scoping, and where the failure modes show up first.
- 201 — Applied workflows. A full-day session for teams ready to set real conventions: delegation patterns that hold up in your actual codebase, a review checklist for agent-authored diffs, and the guardrails your team is still missing.
- 301 — Team-wide adoption. A two-day engagement for organizations rolling agentic workflows out past one team, building shared conventions and a review process the rest of the org can run without us in the room.
Ongoing consulting retainers are also available, providing for direct ongoing review and guidance.
Credentials
Training is led by Daniel Joyce, who has spent 25+ years in production software. The curriculum is built on his own agentic workflows from that production experience, work that measured 80–90% time savings against conventional development.
If your team already has the tools and the results still haven't shown up, start with the 101 session. It runs half a day, and it tells us both whether the gap is process or something else.
